The Institute of Environmental Sciences and Nature Conservation aims to train professionals with an integrating approach, who receive basic knowledge necessary for the cultivation of modern environmental research and practical skills to solve a variety of problems in the field of nature conservation.
Educational and research profile of the Institute of Environmental Sciences and Nature Conservation fits for today's environmental problems demanding multi- and interdisciplinary approach and challenges of everyday life. To do so, colleagues working in several fields collaborate in solving problems concerning e.g. the impact of land use on biodiversity, invasive species and natural water fish farming.
