One Health Day1 is an international campaign coordinated by the One Health Commission2, the One Health Initiative3 Autonomous pro bono Team and the One Health Platform Foundation4 since 2016. Within the framework of the campaign, the goal of the events held in different parts of the world is to call attention to the importance of the One Health concept.
Around the Millennium, severe epidemics disambiguate that emerging infectious diseases can be controlled only by multi-disciplinary, trans-sectoral cooperation of different professions. Diseases that threatening humankind should be studied with their detailed background. However, in this background disadvantageous change of our world is always found. And the vast majority of these changes are the result of human activity.
